Further YMCs of the Volksbund

There are three more Youth Meeting Centres of the Volksbund. In Ysselsteyn (the Netherlands), Lommel (Belgium) and Niederbronn-les-Bains (France, Elsaß) youth groups and school clases meet regularly. Here they approach European history by taking care of graves and get to know the country and its inhabitants.
All Youth Meeting Centres are situated on ground of German war cemeteries. This gives ideal possibilities for peace pedagogical approaches concerning the historical-political education.
